The house can be easily reached since it is located next to the main traffic routes and, at the same time, its strategic location allows you to reach in a very short time the most important places for your fun and for discovering the incredible territory it belongs to:

The property hosts two vacation rental apartments with air conditioning, wi-fi internet access (and wired upon request), led -TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. You will also find a space to park your car inside the property (in modes and with limitations that will be explained in person).
The house has been recently renovated with a special regard for the eco-friendly and energy efficiency aspects, which we value highly: exterior walls have a thermal insulation coating; there is a photovoltaic installation on the roof combined with a solar paneling heating system; lighting is provided by latest generation LED lightbulbs integrated with light and motion sensors in the key points. Thanks to all these features and to the environmentally friendly practices implemented (energy usage monitoring, energy saving procedures, pollutant reduction, separate waste collection) in 2016 we obtained the prestigious Tripadvisor Eco Leader certification. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed. |
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden overlooked by a cedar tree in the front part and, in the backside, next to the wood, by a majestic linden tree, under which tables and chairs are at your disposal in the summer. You can enjoy all the greenness and tranquility of the garden suntanning or sheltering in the fresh shade of the trees.
